These issues below may help solve the problem you are having with your Breakfast Station

My Breakfast Station will not turn on

If your Breakfast Station will not turn on, first make sure that the power cable is plugged into the back of the machine and then plugged into your wall outlet.

My meals are not cooking properly

If you find that your meals are not cooking properly there could be a few reasons for this. Check the following steps below to ensure you are using The Breakfast Station correctly:

  1. Ensure the proper meal and size is selected from the touch screen
  2. Make sure there is enough water in the rear chamber

Water is not dispensing from the Breakfast Station side

If you are experiencing an issue with water not dispensing into the meal cup, ensure that the water tank is full at the back of the Breakfast Station side.

Water is not dispensing from the coffee maker side

If you are experiencing an issue with water not dispensing from the coffee maker, ensure that the water tank is full at the back of the coffee maker side

The clock is not showing the correct time

If you are experiencing issues with the clock not showing the proper time, there are a couple of ways to fix this.

If your Breakfast Station is connected to a wifi network:

  1. Click on the gear icon on the top right hand side of the touch screen
  2. Click on the check box that says “Use Internet Time”

If your Breakfast Station is not connected to a wifi network and you would like to adjust the clock manually:

  1. Click on the gear icon on the top right hand side of the touch screen
  2. Clock on Clock Adjust
  3. Set to the desired time

I cannot connect to my wifi network

If you are experiencing issue with connecting to your wifi network try following these steps below:

  1. Click on the gear icon on the top right hand side of the touch screen
  2. Click on the “Wifi” option
  3. Once the list of the available wifi networks are shown on the screen, choose your wifi network
  4. Type in your wifi network pasword
  5. Click “Connect”

The weather is not showing up correctly

If you are experiencing issues with the weather not showing the proper temperature try following these steps below:

  1. Click on the gear icon on the top right hand side of the touch screen
  2. Click on the “Weather” option
  3. Find the button that says “Choose City” and click on it
  4. Type in your city and click on the matching city that populates in the list.
